Patient care is our priority, so we make every effort to ensure our patient's mental health needs are taken care of. We ask patients to verify insurance benefits and coverage prior to their visit. Based on your insurance plan it may cover a percentage of the visit, not the whole amount. We are glad to assist patients with reimbursement by providing a billing receipt and further assistance as necessary.

New Beginnings currently accepts Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Blue Choice Options

For individuals not insured with Aetna or Blue Cross Blue Shield but would like to use your insurance, contact your insurance company to learn more about your plan’s out-of-network coverage.

Clients using out-of-network coverage will be responsible for the direct payment of their services. New Beginnings will provide you with the necessary documentation for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

We accept all major credit cards as well as Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your session, please make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a charge of the full session rate
